The Workshop Project was created out of a need for young staff, and young potential staff to help cultivate their call from God on their lives. Two Bible school graduates, which are currently serving in a local church, had a passion to see this ministry come about. ACTS now partners with the Workshop Project by providing some financial funding. Also, we help in consulting when needed.
The Workshop meets once a month at a coffee shop in downtown Tulsa. Each month there is a special guest speaker. They discuss a wide variety of ministry areas, and the guest speakers will have experience and knowledge in these certain areas. Also, resources are made available to further the study in these certain topics. At the end of each evening, time is scheduled to build relationships, and networking, among all that are present.
Over this past year we have seen a very positive response and tremendous growth. We are looking forward as to what the Lord is going to do this coming year.
